Jessie James Decker has decided it’s time for a change.

The “Lose Control” singer was answering fan questions on her Instagram story when someone asked how large her breast implants were. “400plus,” she responded before adding, “I’ve officially decided to downsize. I’m trying to figure out when and where, but I am ready.”

Decker continued, “They have been a fun ride so to speak and of course I won’t ever have small ones by any means. But the more in shape I’m getting they just become more annoying and obvious to me how big they are for my body.”
The 38-year-old first revealed her breast augmentation in 2021, posting on Instagram, “I treated myself… to new boobies!”

“After deciding we were done having babies I was finally ready to go big or go home ha! I had breast reduction and lift a couple years ago when they were hanging down to my belly button but with having such elastic skin and not being happy with the size I decided to do it,” she added. “They were so big and perky before children and I wanted them back … plus some. It’s not for everybody but it was certainly for me! I always say, you do you and do what makes you feel confident and sexy.”
However, Decker wasn’t actually done having kids, announcing her fourth pregnancy in August 2023. “If I had known we were going to have another, I wouldn’t have gone so big,” she wrote on Instagram at the time regarding her surgery. “When I’m pregnant, they get massive. Like, quadruple in size. Def need a reduction in the future.”
